| Unlike you, I do most of my dvd shopping online. Ive found that the best
Online DVD Store is DVDExpress.com by far. Orders are processed very fast
and items usually get shipped within that day or the next. Ive received
all my orders within 4 week-days after I placed my order (keeping in mind
that I live in Europe), and only once had to pay customs (because the
order was quite expensive). |
| Come and take a look at one of the newest online DVD stores in the UK!
We have had a complete site make-over, and now offer more titles at
lower prices! |

Okay Okay, so the market is flooded with online DVD Stores - or is
it? This I find is the best place for research discussing this with
many avid DVD fans, critics and experts. I am in the process of
developing a new Australian online Entertainment Store (DVDs, CDs,
Games) and want to be guided by you. I firmly believe that most
stores make promises they struggle to delivery at least 80% of the
time and I would like to know what you expect from an online store.
Does there has to be a customer number or online help?
Do you prefer to have 24x7 Customer Service?
What if the prices were average, delivery free, but would take 7-14
days to deliver whilst the company grew?
What areas should customer service concentrate on?
What should we as a business concetrate on to keep your custom?
Loyalty points? Rewards, Giveaways? Comps etc etc..
Are there any favorite stores and why?
I would appreci. |
| I thought itd be helpful for all of us, if we started a definitive
thread about everyones favorite online DVD retailer (if Express.com
leaves us). (this is reposted from AnimeOnDVD.com forum - I realized
that not everyone posts on their forums, so I thought Id get more
opinions here :). |
| I have made an analysis solely based on price of who is the CHEAPEST DVD
store online (since they all claim to be the cheapest !), and the result of
my research is... DIGITAL EYES (in Tennessee). These guys are cheaper than
Video Cave, cheaper than DVD Express, DVD Empire, Liquidata, Ken Kranes,
Just Laserdics, Reel.com, LADA Universal, and many more... |
